Ultimately we can&#039;t &quot;manage knowledge&quot;, we can only facilitate the behaviours that encourage sharing, collaboration and leverage of what is known, eventually leading to building capabilities and enahncing relationships.  These drive business performance and success (regardless of the business you are engaged in and the results you desire).</description>
