We seemed to have a fairly lively discussion last night! Thanks to all those who attended.
The Slide Pack is available on request – please just post a comment here.
Also, thanks for your willingness to contribute to the refreshments on the night. As a result, we have been able to break even.

In the September session, I will be presenting “Three degrees of change”:
- Communicating changing business initiatives – Getting the right information to the right audience at the right time – A complete toolkit, with a document management system at the heart.
- Managing changing content – Document currency.
- Managing system change – Continual improvement.
This will be presented as a case study of my current work at Telstra, and will give an update on the range of tools we are currently using to communicate changing business initiatives to our business and enterprise sales force.Â
In addition to content management, this toolkit includes a web-based newsletter, web and audio conferencing, and a home-grown form of podcasting.
This will be an interactive session – questions and discussion are welcome!
The venue is the RMIT building at 239 Bourke Street, Level 7, Room 7.26. Main session start is 6:00 pm, finishing at around 7:30 pm, plus networking over wine, cheese and biscuits.
As usual, everyone is welcome. In order to cover costs for refreshments, we are now asking for a $5 donation from all attendees in regular employment.
You can also read about this and related issues on my blog at now we are talking.
Regards,
Keith De La Rue,
