Our presentation this month is from Kate Crawshaw, on Social Software within the Firewall – Introduction and Tips on Getting Started.  Kate will be looking at case studies on the application of social software in the Enterprise, with a particular focus on Knowledge Sharing, Collaboration and Innovation.  There will be a discussion on implementation approaches that have worked. 

Kate is a consultant at Headshift, and has a background in marketing, communications and knowledge management with a focus on new media.  Kate worked as a Knowledge Management Consultant at Minter Ellison Lawyers before heading to the UK and working on employee engagement and communication strategies for B Sky B and British Telecom.   She joined Headshift, a social software consultancy, in January 2007 is passionate about making people feel more connected and inspired both in and outside the office.
